Computing Science at the University of Glasgow

The Department of Computing Science is one of the foremost in the UK, setting itself the highest standards in research and teaching. It forms part of the Faculty of Information and Mathematical Sciences and was rated as one of the top 10 computing science departments in the UK in the 2008 RAE.
The Department provides an invigorating and friendly working environment. It is large enough to sustain a rich diversity of interests, but small enough for everyone to know everyone else. The departmental ethos is that of a team working together to deliver high-quality research and teaching.
